Financial planning and record keeping of all the company’s accounts.
In charge of all the accounts maintained in the company.
Analyze the financial activities of the company
Ensure bills are paid promptly and properly.
Ensure all the audit objectives and statements are responded to promptly and properly.
Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly budget for the company.
Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and reconciliation
Ensure financial risks are reduced to the barest minimal.
Periodically reviews all the necessary financial documents.
Maintain all payments and receipts of the company.
And any other tasks that may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Skills:
Must be conversant with MS Excel (spreadsheet).
Must work with the highest Professionalism
Must be able to work under pressure.
Able to work with teams and lead during crisis.
Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage
Applicant must reside in Lagos.
