Brief Description
Manages Processing of Form M, Letter Of Credit for import from overseas, ability to relief other staff on their job task
Experience on Form M and LC establishment with minimum supervision
Handles urgent issues related to resolves issues with Account dept and other internal customers.
Duties
Checking of all items and prices on Pro-forma invoices to see if they are in line with the price list agreed with suppliers
Supervising Form M, LC application processing. LC telexes.
Update of maturity due dates with exchange control document status
Finance related – banking transactions e.g amendments of LC forms
Follow up with Bank to ensure bidding are submitted to CBN in accordance to request
Follow up on Bank for LC telexes, Payment telexes and Amendments
Import permit processing and Product certificate Update from Supplier’s
Any other related task assign by Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. will be preferred.
3 – 5 years of experience in the Logistics and Finance field with Proven working experience.
