Our Client, a Distribution and Consulting Company (founded to bring movies to Cinema houses across Africa) situated at Onikan, Lagos Island requires the services of a competent, experienced and passionate individuals who can effectively work to achieve the company’s goal. Hence, Vacancy exists for the following positions:

Job Position: Brand Marketers/Marketing Executives
Job Level: Non Managerial
Department: Marketing

Job Description:
It includes but is not limited to the following:
• Leading the strategic planning process for the assigned brands based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
• Coordinating the development of communication materials such as catalogues websites, brochures, packaging and in-store displays.
• Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.
• Create strategies to take advantage of market opportunities.
• Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies.
• Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products.
• Work closely with departments to consult on package and product as it relates to branding.
• Develop brand standards and usage guidelines.
• Launch and oversee advertising and media planning.

Knowledge, Skills and Competency:
1. Must possess relevant professional qualifications in branding.
2. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
3. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
4. Experience in developing objectives and strategies (Sales and Marketing).
5. Must possess excellent communications skills.
6. Must have good people skills.
7. Excellent leadership skills.
8. IT Skill.
9. Ability to think independently and handle multiple projects

Qualification:
• HND/BSC in Marketing or any related field.
Salary: ₦70,000 plus Commission
Job Type: Full Time
Experience: at least 3-5years’ experience in marketing and sales
Age Range: 25-35years
Location: Onikan, Lagos State
