Responsibilities
To supervise, mentor and drive a team of relationship managers, and render period.
Daily report to head office.
Drive membership and product penetration in Ariaria Market including deposit mobilization and loans.
Must be willing to undergo training on MTN SAAS software.

Qualification and Experience
Candidate must possess the following qualifications:
A good first Degree or its equivalent in Social Science or Administration.
At least 3-4 years Marketing experience acquired from a commercial bank, Insurance, or other relevant institutions.
Knowledge of Aba market and Ariaria in particular is very important.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a team and drive performance for position
Computer literacy is required
