Job Description
The Experiential Brand Manager would lead the brand strategy and message plan for all major brands in the area of Experiential Marketing.
This includes oversight, training and management of the Refresh Crew and owner and creator of the comprehensive Experiential Brand Strategy.
The manager will be responsible for development of a consumer facing brand strategy specific to the brands of our clients.
Responsibilities
Creation and communication of comprehensive brand plan around all experiential marketing efforts. This includes detailed experiential brand plans for each brand field team. The plans will include detailed account on the strategy behind each major initiative as well as an explanation as to the tactical approach to success.
Management of the experiential marketing teams; The manager will be responsible for development of simple yet comprehensive scheduling system, clear program communication tools, and event deliverables that add value to the field selling teams.
Responsible for ensuring the team exercises proper routines as it relates to care of vehicles and equipment.
Management of budget including expenses incurred by the team for travel and expenses for maintenance of vehicles and equipment
Direct communication with field sales and sponsorship teams in the value of the experiential marketing programs; Includes creation of key marketing materials to showcase the individual programs. Also includes collaboration with key customers on the value of the marketing programs and recommendations for which elements of the programs best suit their needs.
Responsible for management of all product sampling programs; Includes management of the internal and external sampling teams as well as management of the accounting practices to ensure all products is properly credited and paid for.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would have 4-6 years of experience in brand field marketing, ideally with a beverage or consumer goods company with multiple products.
A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Membership of APCON will be of advantage.
Must have charismatic passion for brand.
Must clearly demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate others to achieve goals.
Must be able to effectively communicate with parent company field teams, sell benefits of experiential marketing programs to key customers, and inspire team to achieve direct and impactful interaction with consumers.
The ideal candidate would possess strong organizational and presentation skills, and a proven track record of driving results.
