Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be in charge of developing new business relationships, identifying prospects and following through till sales are closed
Oversee the promotion of sales on advertisement media and listing services
Coordinate the closing of deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of products before closing deals
Act as intermediaries liaising between sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate deals
Conduct the inspection of products to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of services
Utilize systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate.
Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
Maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business
Present the company to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls and emails.
Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client till closure
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
Conduct surveys to identify price of similar products
Proffer recommendations to buyers and refer them to consultants who provide legal and support services
Requirements
3 Years of cognate experience in Marketing role
Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
Good communication skills
Negotiation Skills.
