Summary
The Bakery Products Finishing Officer will work with a team to ensure that all baked products are properly cooled, sliced and package whilst keeping proper records of all Bakery Finished products.

Responsibilities
Baked products effective cooling and sorting process.
Clean slicing and packaging of freshly baked and cooled products.
Loading of goods for Sales Partners and accurate recording.
Sort and take accurate record of returned products from the market.
Inventory record keeping of all finished goods and accountability for same.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualification
Minimum of OND.
Minimum of 3 years slicing and packaging experience.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bakery Products Finishing Officer or similar role.
Familiarity with all bakery equipment including slicing and sealing machine with hands on experience in packaging bakery products.
Good understanding of food safety practices.
Ability to lead a team of finishers.
Flexibility to work on a shift basis.
