To create an environment of continuous challenge and improvement of processes both in sales & marketing, business, and people performance
. To develop well trained, competent, highly motivated, integrated, and mobile department, that meets customers’ and organizational needs at minimal cost (cash and time), with a view to growing the Company’s market share of its products in the Country, leveraging on E-commerce.
Responsibilities
Develop business strategies that would increase customer service delivery & turnover
Searches out ideas and concepts for business growth and customer satisfaction
Develop sales forecasts with probability percentages and pipeline status updates
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Assess wins and losses to impact future selling strategies
Must set productivity targets and ensure that they met
Maintains regular contacts with existing clients, while prospecting for new ones
Prepare and implement annual/ monthly marketing plan for company’s products.
Provides sales, marketing, technical, administrative & Internet support to the MD and subordinates; training to all sales representatives and field service personnel as needed.
Identify and generate prospects through marketing strategies that focus on potential customers in target markets.
Consistently track the development of marketing strategies and their performance in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and manage marketing and advertising content for all channels.
Track industry market intelligence with respect to market development, projects, competitive activity, customers, etc.
Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique value proposition.
Generate qualified leads via pre-existing relationships, cold calls, face to face meetings, property/office visits, and other means as appropriate
Represent the company at networking events/meetings to promote the company’s products and services.
Develop and present relevant business proposals. Penetrate specific markets within established timeframes
Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Manage the on-time and on-budget delivery for project sold.
Maintaining a strong network and maintaining ongoing client relationships after project start-up
Excellent targeting and prospecting skills within the industry
Requirements
B.Sc in Sciences or Social Sciences
MBA would be an advantage
3 – 5 years of relevant experience in sales of technical products & services.
