Job Description
We are recruiting to fill the role of a Business development officer at one of the company’s SBU (Shortlet). The Job duties include the following but are not limited to
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies
Monitor industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements
Educational qualification in any field (HND, B.Sc, BA)
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience managing budgets and reviewing financial statements
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
