Customer Service Officer – Togetherway Limited – Lagos

Responsibilities
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers in resolving product-related issues, billing inquiries, and general concerns while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to address customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to continuously improve service quality.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of features, benefits, and pricing.
Handle customer complaints and escalations, striving for a quick and satisfactory resolution while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken to facilitate effective follow-up and future reference.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team.

Requirements
B.Sc / HND in a relevant field of study is required
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet customer service targets.
Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to provide effective solutions.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
