Job Description
To sell various Micro Health Insurance products for the organization and ensure optimal level of customer services through various sales calls on telephone.
Coordinate with customers and provide various company plans and services and detail quote for all required information.
Requirements
OND / NCE / BSc in any field
Minimum of 2 years proven experience as sales agents, marketing officer or business development executive or similar role.
A commitment to continually meet or exceed established sales targets.
Strong negotiation and selling skills coupled with the ability to work on a team and independently.
Strong analytical skills and good business acumen.
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
Good oral and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
Introduce company micro health insurance products/policy to potential customers and close sales deals.
Create awareness for the company’s platform and identify opportunities to increase sales
Manage the sales of products/policy in a professional manner.
Persuasively present micro health insurance policies to target customers.
Strictly follow policy compliance and ensure all company’s procedures and processes are followed.
Documents and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.
Meet individual sales target while working as a team.
Carry out other deliverables as assigned by Team lead.
