Executive Assistant (Business Development) – Bluechip medicals Limited

Responsibilities
Works closely and effectively with the VP Operations to keep abreast of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and following up appropriately
Conducting research and developing presentation for the VP Operations on various areas as assigned
Providing general administrative assistance and preparing communications on behalf of the VP Operations
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
Collate daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports as well as requesting for reimbursements when required.
Organizing and scheduling meetings
Act as an office manager by performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Making travel arrangements for the VP Operations

Requirements
B.Sc in any related field
At least 3 years working experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Strong analytical, time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Virtual meetings proficiency (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
Ability to act without guidance
