Executive Assistant – Zenera Consulting – Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Provide secretarial and administrative support services to the CEO.
Examine documents for review.
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the CEO’s behalf.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
Manage the CEO’s social media pages.
Support the business development strategy.
Respond to client queries and requests.
Handle/supervise travel and other logistics arrangement.
Monitor and manage activities of all business accounts.
Managing the CEO’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc/HND in any related discipline.
2 – 3 years of work experience as an Executive, Personal Assistant
Excellent knowledge of google workspace and added digital skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Problem-solving and decision making
Proactivity and self-direction
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Proximity to Island
