Job Brief
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to direct and manage our organization’s business activities, and develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

Duties
Oversee daily business operations.
Develop and implement growth strategies.
Train low-level managers and staff.
Create and manage budgets
Evaluate performance and productivity.
Research and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
Direct the employee assessment process.
Prepare regular reports for upper management.

Requirements
Degree in Business Management or a Master’s in Business Administration.
2 – 4 years of work experience.
Good knowledge of different business functions.
Strong leadership qualities.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organized.
Strong work ethic.
Good interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Computer literate.
Proactive nature.
