Description
We are currently recruiting a Head of Training & Development to ensure the smooth delivery of all training programs.
Responsibilities
Responsible to generate target-based profit from Managing the “Head of Training & Development” Department.
Activate all the previously signed agreements with Accredited Training Bodies
Sign 3 new agreements per year with new Accredited Training Bodies / Institutes.
Assign the Instructors to the training sessions.
Liaise with the Admin Manager to arrange the Venue/training, course files & certificates.
Liaise with Accounts regarding the Invoicing and collection of training bills.
Advertize the current Training Courses (bus. dev. plan / social media/… ) to ensure agreements with new Corporate clients.
Develop, Revise & Approve all the Training Material (PPT) before delivering to the clients.
Update the Training List and Calendaron a yearly basis.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 7 – 12 years of work experience.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
