Job Description
Maintaining physical and digital copies of the department’s records and files.
Ensuring that the department’s online database is up to date with relevant uploads (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, sick leaves, contact addresses).
Assisting with company policies and procedure research.
Processing employee HR related requests.
Coordinating Human Capital Development projects, meetings, trainings, seminars and interviews.
Supporting the Head of Human Capital Development to provide orientation for new employees, share on-boarding packages, explain company policies and conduct relevant background check on employees.
Job Requirements
Applicants should:
Have completed Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field with a minimum grade of Second Class Lower.
Have relevant experience as HR assistant or administrative assistant.
Must have completed NYSC.
Demonstrate excellent writing and creative thinking skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Possess proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Strong telephone, email and in-person communication skills.
