Job Role
handling personal assignments/errands as well as coordinating her ad hoc business activities.
Organising the manager’s personal commitments including travel or childcare.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Organising events and conferences.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Collating and filing expenses.
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Females preferably
Working Hours:
9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (on days required to be physically in office and working from home on other days) Office location Ikoyi / VI. Remuneration and HMO.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Must have 2-5 years of work experience.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
