Job Description
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for implementing quality assurance policies for PSM, monitoring compliance by conducting inspections, investigating and identifying process issues, and reporting.
Service Assurance:
Implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
Regular review of service delivery for conformance with SLAs
Ensuring that reports due for submission to clients are submitted as at when due
Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed
Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors
Identifying and resolving workflow issues.

Compliance Monitoring:
Performing routine inspections and quality tests
Ensure operational compliance to all laid down policies of the company
Drive conformance to QMS ISO9001:2015 standards for PS operations; document control, SOP compliance and report collation.

Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with at least 3 years of work experience.
