Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and manage customer experience via phone calls and in-store.
Receive customers into the store in a friendly and polite manner.
Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
Attach price tags to products on the racks and shelves.
Answer phone calls/online requests with an upbeat yet professional tone.
Provide customers with detailed and updated information about products.
Cross-sell products to customers to boost sales
Guide customers to shelves carrying products within the store.
Assist customers in-store/online with making product choices that meet their needs.
Empathically & tactically handle all customer complaints while adhering to company policies.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visually appealing retailing standards.
Receive new deliveries into the store.
Stock shelves with products in an aesthetically alluring way.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales or any related field.
0 – 2 years experience in Customer Service, Sales, or similar roles.
Knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
Great organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N60,000 / month.
