Job Summary
We are seeking new Graphic Designers to join our Digital Marketing & Branding team remotely. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media.
To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail

Responsibilities
Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
Coordinating with team members, content creators, web designers, marketers, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Communicating with the team about layout and design.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements
Candidates should possess SSCE / GCE / NECO qualifications with at least 2 years of experience.

Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Understanding of marketing, production, Social Media Designs, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Experience with computer-aided design.
Payment
Remote: Mostly working from home with occasional physical meetings
Must be available for video meetings
Must be able to work in a system, workflow, deadlines, etc.
Intricate Bonus system for rewards (can be higher than the salary) and deduction system as deterrents.
Startup Salary is N40,000 to be reviewed after a probation period (3 Months)
Vesting opportunity to become a shareholder in the business after a specific period.
