We have an immediate, full-time opening for young Engineers as Technical Sales Executive – Specification. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our growing team
Candidate must be interested in developing a career in the construction industry, have personal attributes for sales and marketing skills, good communication and presentation skills.
Must have completed NYSC
Open to learning and growth
Can work with minimum supervision
Must be assertive
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations with good communication skills
Excellent Reporting

Responsibilities
Be responsible for providing dedicated specification support to consultants by making them specify our products
Grow specification sales by building relationship with consultants, architects and civil engineers
Be thoroughly conversant with Coaster website to promote it and assist customers to maximise its use, while maintaining working knowledge of competitor’s activities
Promote and sell specification and product systems to specifiers, contractors and clients through visits, seminars, method statements and specification documents
Provide product and technical training and guidance to architect, consultants and contractors
Ongoing sales and specification support to key projects
Prepare right tools like specification documents, method statements, case studies, past references etc that will aid success of coaster specification

Qualification
BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or Quantity Survey.
