Job Description
Respond to request for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
Guide customers about their problems and solve them.
Diagnose and solve problems related to computer hardware and software
Research questions using available information resources
Follow standard help desk procedures
Administer help desk software
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
Inform management of recurring problems
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Requirements
A degree/HND in Information Technology, Computer science or any related field of study
A minimum of second class lower degree/equivalent
Must be resident in Lagos
A minimum of 2 years cognate working experience.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of relevant call tracking application
Knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
Attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skill
Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
