Job Description
Escalates the BSS alarms
Provide first level technical support in resolving all BSS issues
Support FME to resolve Hardware alarms on Site
Initiate Spare Processing for faulty Board.

Requirements
Good knowledge of Huawei Product (2G/3G /LTE)
General overview of GSM/UMTS technology
Good fault analysis skills
Able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems
Strong time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Able to work long hours.
