Job Description
Decorates cakes and pastries with designs Trims uneven surfaces of cakes or cuts and shapes cake to required size.
Spreads icing between layers and on surfaces of cake.
Prepare and mix icing.
May be required to mix and bake cakes or pastries.
Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen or bakery.
Create decorative displays.
