Job Summary
Successful applicant will be responsible for managing employees and for planning, marketing, coordinating and administering services such as catering and accommodation facilities of the hotel.
Responsibilities
Recruiting, training and supervising staff
Managing budgets
Maintaining statistical and financial records
Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
Handling customer complaints and queries
Promoting and marketing the business
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws
Requirements
Minimum of first degree in Hotel Management or any relevant discipline.
5 years cognate experience.
