Hotel Manager – Lagos – Pacific West Hotels & Resorts

Job Description
Overall Management and day to day administration/running of the Hotel
Supervision of all other departmental heads in the hotel
Ensures smooth and optimal running of all departments and facilities of the Hotel
Planning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services;
Promoting and marketing the business;
Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure;
Ensuring security is effective;
Carrying out inspections of property and services;
Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.

Qualification
At least HND/B.S.C in Hotel Management, or in related disciplines, with at least 2 years relevant experience.
Have a proven and demonstrate cognate experience of at least five (5) years in Hotel Management.
Possess excellent interpersonal/organizational, and first class, customer relations/service skills.
Must be computer literate.
