Job Description
Your Job is to deal with customers, acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones.
Identifying new sales leads
Pitching products and/or services
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and exhibitions
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person
Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities.
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
Increasing the values of new customers while attracting new ones
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Every other duties as assigned by managementа

Qualification
First degree or equivalent education
Minimum 2 years post NYSC work experience

Skills:

Good with numbers
Strong communication and IT fluency
Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
Attention to detail
Excellent time management and organization

Key Performance Indicators:
Generate income from direct sales
Provide courteous and friendly service
Provide 500 customers details in 6 months.
Provide customer loyalty programs
Ensure assigned stock is complete
Level of personal improvement achieved.
Exceptions raised on Customer service delivery and Store presentation.а
Remuneration
N80,000 net monthly plus commission on sales
