Business Development Manager – AACE Foods

Job Descriptions
Identify business sales leads, secure meetings with potential customers, pitch product and brand, achieve sales and maintain a good working relationship with new customers
Provide trust worthy feedback and aftersales support for improved customer satisfaction
Increase volume pull from existing customers
Interface with research and development manager to meet product specifications for potential customers
Interface between customers and all relevant units in the organization
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives for the corporate market

Requirements
Posses 5 – 10 year working experience as a business development manager, or corporate sales executive, with proven sales track record
Minimum of a first degree in Marketing or related fields.
Ambitious and highly self-motivated
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT.
Excellent communication (in English), and negotiation skills
Apt knowledge of institutional market trends
