Ark Tech is an ATM servicing and support company who is looking for an experienced, talented Business Development Manager to grow its client base and increase the income of the company.
This is an opportunity to join a respected company at the senior management level.
Key Responsibilities
Forging and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts
Developing opportunities to cross sell products to existing clients
Proposal writing and submission
Strategic Brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
Developing and leveraging the company’s branding and professional profile.
Achieve and exceed SLA expectations with clients.
Generate new businesses with clear income lines to the company.
Maintain and increase income via existing businesses
Lead the marketing team in meetings with clients and prospects.
Develop a strategic plan(s) periodically that would ensure the meeting of the goals and visions.
Maintain quality services to clients according to organizational standards.
Coordinate the activities of team members.
Ability to work and achieve targets given
Requirements
Minimum of a Degree in related discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience on the job as a Business development manager.
Experience in the banking sector as a marketer is an added advantage.
Experience in IT sales too will be an added advantage.

Managerial skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
Excellent dress sense
Strong background in negotiating, tendering and estimating.
Ability to work with no supervision.
