A Business Development Officer will ensure the following:
Proper introduction or selling of the company’s products and packages
Advertising, Communications and Promotions
Public Relations and Customer Service
Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management)
Ensuring timely delivery
Develop plans for personal selling and sales management
Sales Management and Distribution
Understanding current and potential customers
Researching and reporting on external opportunities
Market Research, Product Development and Pricing
Developing the marketing strategy and plan
Managing budgets
Making customer-focused decisions
Undertake marketing audits to monitor sales performance.
