Job Descriptions
Maintain calendars for the Executive Director; arranging meetings, conferences and travels.
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms as required
Complete request by attending to visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Facilitate the compilation of regular monthly reports from all department of the organization
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level for the office of the Executive Director.
Develop and maintain accurate filing and retrieval system
Perform any other task assigned by the Executive Director.

Academic Qualification/Skills
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any Social Science related courses
2-3 years proven work experience as a secretary in a corporate organization
Good knowledge of office organization and optimization techniques
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
