Job Description
Plan and execute Sales strategies to promote Supermart.ng to customers
Manage offline customer acquisition and retention
Investigate and implement enhancements that can increase revenue and brand awareness
Responsible for revenue targets and developing plans to make up for any shortfalls in revenue
Benchmark, measure and analyse results of offline Sales initiatives
Manage day to day Sales activities as well as long-term Sales strategy

Able to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time efficiently

Understanding of our target audience and how to reach them

Understanding of Lagos business environment
Experience of selling to both retail and corporate customers

Ability to conduct detailed Sales planning
Superior presentation skills
Perform quality work within deadlines and with minimal direct supervision
Qualifications and other Requirements
University degree
Candidates must be computer literate and have a computer to perform this role
1-3 years’ experience working in a data-driven Sales role, with at least 1 year of team leadership experience
Experience working in a retail or FMCG company preferable but not required
Excellent grasp of English language
Candidates must be ready to resume immediately
