Job Description
Tenaui Africa is looking for an efficient and reliable Customer Service representative to help us develop our business activities.
You will be responsible for building business by identifying and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Coordinating and routing service calls accordingly for positive response.
Identifying problem areas and determining solutions to implement charges and responses.
Carrying out due diligence on customer’s issues and complaints as required and necessary
Follow up on calls to make sure the best of services is maintained.

Requirements
B.Sc / HND in any discipline.
2 years cognate experience.
Age bracket: 25 years to 35 years
Excellent communication skill.
Good sense of humor and temperament.
Ability to manage stress and work under pressure.
Well-groomed and poise.
product and industry knowledge would be an added advantage.
