Scope of Work for the Electronic Vouchers Support in Maiduguri, North-east Nigeria

NRC has been operating in North-East Nigeria since June 2015, delivering food and non-food humanitarian assistance to the most vulnerable host and displaced families. To-date deliveries have been mostly a mixture of in-kind aid and cash transfers. With this gradual testing of cash-based modalities and e-vouchers, moving forward, wherever applicable NRC is considering switching to the cash transfers (in their various forms), so as to involve local markets, as well as give beneficiaries more flexibility in addressing the priority needs. This Publication of the Invitation To Bid notice marks the start of the formal procurement process to identify and contract qualified E-Vouchers Service Providers.
