Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security;
Must have experience in Hotel management;
Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, power, are well-maintained;
Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness;
Responsible for allocating and managing space between buildings;

Ensure that facilities meet government regulations on environmental, health and security standards
Advise the Company on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishment;
Assist in any relocation projects as the need arises;
Prefered candidate is male;
