Job Description
We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified person for the position of Finance and Administration Assistant to be based in Ibadan Office in Nigeria
. Reporting to the Finance and Admin Officer, the Finance and Administration Assistant is:
To provide Finance and Administrative support functions through the timely and accurate processing of administrative, HR, financial and accounting data.
Ensure that all financial transactions, procurement and administrative processes comply with set company policies and procedures as well as development partners’ regulations.
Support the preparation of budgets, receiving cash and cheque payments on behalf of the company, issue receipts and ensure daily banking
Support the processing of payments, ensuring accuracy and that all supporting documents are attached and appropriately approved;
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Accounts, Commerce, Business Administration or related field;
CPA II, ACCA II or other relevant qualification is an added advantage; and
At least Two (2) year of progressively responsible finance and admin experience at the national or international level.
Thorough knowledge of: Quick books, MS Word, MS Office, Social media
