Job Description

Responsibilities
Handle and execute day-to-day operations of Residential & commercial properties brokerage
Manage and Hire Real Estate Sales Agents
Interact and ensure smooth relationships between tenants and owners
Deploy existing relationships in the industry to build a large supply of exclusive mandates
Provide Sale & Lease administration for commercial properties.
Prepare financial budgets, reports and statements relating to real estate business.
Initiate and implement new effective methodologies in securing Mandates from Landlords and Property Owners
Initiate work processes to enhance business growth and support administrative and field staff to maximize performance
Implement best practices, procedures and standards in real estate operations.

Preferred Candidate
Bachelor’s degree with Eight or more years of broad experience in real estate transactions, property and asset management, and asset management, with significant exposure to commercial properties
MBA and NSIEV Membership will be added advantage
Clear Knowledge of the Industry and Stakeholder alliances
Previous experience as an Agent or Broker.
