Requirements
Relevant first degree
5 – 10 years’ requisite work experience in dynamic work environments
Has experience managing change
Will be extensively involved in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Is self-motivated, can lead and or work in a team
Is articulate and can present data/information clearly
Has knowledge and experience working with HR Software
Is willing to work additional hours to get the job done and build the brand.
