Job Description
The HR and Organizational Development Manager is expected to provide expert consultation, and direct administration of the human resource function of the firm;implement a strategic vision for the Leadership, and Management of the HR function.
The ideal candidate must have expert experience in managing the rewards, compensation, recruitment, training, employee engagement organisational development and general administration unit.
He/she will be responsible for institutional initiatives related to building a productive work environment and maintaining a balanced organizational culture within the firm.
