Human Resources Manager – Ojatee Consulting – Lagos

Role Overview
The HR Manager will provide general human resourcing support including staffing, retention, orientation, career development, compensation and administration, employee relations, and communication.

Key Accountability Areas
Leadership and Team Management – The HR Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and development to direct reports
Well co-ordinated HR processes – The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring that HR processes are managed by the HR Team within set timeframes and to a high standard

Essential Qualifications and Skills
Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or other related courses.
With 3-5 years of managerial experience in Human Resource Management.
With a strong background in different HR facets especially in Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Labor Relations.
Ability to work independently and handle multi-tasking.
Demonstrable experience in consulting, influencing, and facilitation.
