Brief Responsibilities
Locating and establishing contact with debtors.
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer account information.
Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors.
Reducing the non-performing loans owed to a company.
Designing work-out payment plans for debtors
Following up with clients on previous payment arrangements.
Ensure collections of due payments from delinquent clients
Negotiation of repayment with delinquent clients and guarantors with approval.

Requirements
University degree from any related field is preferred;
Proven experience as a loan recovery officer;
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
