Job Description
The jobholder will be responsible for the overall maintenance of properties at the Guest House.

Key Responsibility
The jobholder must ensure proper and prompt maintenance of electrical appliances, power generating sets, air conditioning units and other equipment.
He conducts routine checks on all facilities and presents periodical report on same, carries out repairs and advises on all technical matters relating to maintenance.

Personnel Specifications
S/he must possess an ND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum of 5 years’ work experience, knowledge of plumbing, air conditioning and other relevant skills will be added advantage.

General Requisites:
Applicants for the above stated posts must be practising and committed Christians with good testimonies of turning point experiences and must be willing to learn.
