Manager – Tempkers – Lagos

Main Responsibilities
Shall be responsible and accountable for managing and coordinating all company activities – leading the Departmental Heads of different Units and dealing with existing Clients and developing new Clients.
With the support of the Executive Management, he will be responsible for managing all areas of operations to ensure revenues, profits and ROI are maximized; risk is managed costs controlled, consistent with the budget and business plans.
Shall be responsible for fund management – creditors, debtors and overall cashflow of the co.
Manage Day-To-Day functions of operations with a focus on providing maximum customer satisfaction while achieving operational and sales objectives.
To monitor all contractual obligations (commercial and technical) – responsible for execution of project within cost, time, quality and safety parameters.
Responsible for implementation and proper compliance with various procedures and systems set in the co.
Develop and execute annual budgets and mid and long term strategic plans.
