Competencies
Degree in Human Resources and/or
Membership of the IPMN.
Minimum of 5 years of HR consulting experience.
Incorporating recruitment, training and outsourcing.
Ability to work independently and grow the firm from scratch.
Very strong oral and written skills.
High level computer literacy.
Very good business development and networking skills.
