Office/ Admin Manager – Lagos – SD Human Resources Limited

Job Responsibilities
Organising meetings, arranging appointment
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
Preparing letters, presentations and reports
Supervising and monitoring the work of secretarial, clerical and administrative staff
Some marketing duties
Other adhoc duties as requested
Prepares weekly and monthly reports for the directors

Qualifications
Extensive experience with Microsoft office suite of products including advanced microsoft word and excel skills
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Must have 3-5years of experience
Minimum of B.sc/HND in social sciences
Must be Female

Salary
1.2m per annum.
