Responsibilities
Must have experience managing a bakery
Must understand factory operations
Knowledgeable in Food Hygiene and Sanitation.
Supervise and coordinate the activity of staff in the bakery
Monitor and manage wastage and use of production materials

Requirements
Minimum of OND in any relevant discipline.
Minimum of 3-years work experience as a bakery manager.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment/ under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent management skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
