Public Relations / Social Media Manager – Broadbased Communications – Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the organization’s public relations/social media activities
Developing and implementing publicity/marketing strategies for the company’s products and services, including a crisis management strategy
Developing and implementing organizational marketing/publicity strategies for products and events
Creating and managing a PR plan, including budgets, timelines, etc.
Analysing all media coverage of the organization and drafting appropriate responses
Create social media team content calendar
Organizing promotional campaigns

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / HND
3+ years of working experience on a similar role
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Superior customer relationship management skills
Proficiency in the use of word processing software tools
Good creative writing skills
An analytical mind and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
Strong project management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proven work experience as a Social media manager
Hands on experience in content management
Excellent copy-writing skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics and IT skills
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Analytical and multitasking skills.
Excellent presentation skills
Honest and sincere.
