Qualification
B.Sc or HND in Estate Surveying and Valuation.
Possession of ANIVS.
Registered with ESVARBON.
Should possess excellent Managerial and Leadership skills as well as strong vision and commitment to improving the image and activities of the profession.
Should have excellent report writing and communication skills
Must be Computer Literate.

Experience
Minimum of 10 years post registration experience.

Condition of Service
The position of Registrar is not pensionable, the tenure is for 4 years renewable for another term of 4 years subject to satisfactory performance.

Remuneration
30% above Government Grade Level 16.
