Responsibilities
The RMs are to drive membership enrollment, and ensure product penetration within the market including deposits mobilization and loans and render daily report to the CMO.

Qualification and Experience:
Candidate must possess the following qualification:
A good first Degree or its equivalent in Social Science or Administration.
At least 3-4 years Marketing experience acquired from a commercial bank, Insurance, or other relevant institutions.
Knowledge of Aba market and Ariaria in particular is very important.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a team and drive performance for position
Computer literacy is required
