Job Description
The shore-based Rig Manager executes the drilling contract on behalf of the Company and is responsible for the rig’s performance – ie against the time, cost and safety budgets set for each rig.
He Liaises with the Clients’ drilling department to ensure efficient operations and maintains a good and close relationship with the Client.
He ensures the Rig and it’s equipment are maintained for optimal performance

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years in Industry and 5 years’ experience as a shore-based manager of a Jack up drilling rig.
Minimum qualification: University Degree or HND.
